Shipping and Returns

At ZIVA USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. If you are dissatisfied in any way with a product, you ordered or received, we’ll exchange it, credit your account or refund your money.

Shipping & Rates:

ZIVA ships to addresses in the 50 States, U.S. Territories, US military installations and Canada. Shipments within the 48 contiguous states, AK, HI, U.S. Territories and U.S. military installations may be shipped by a variety of carriers, shipping rates will vary. FedEx is our primary shipper, but ZIVA may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes will ship via U.S. Mail. All orders ship out within 1 - 2 business days for orders that are placed before 1pm EST.

Fedex is unavailable to the following destinations: AK, HI, U.S. Territories, U.S. military installations and P.O. Boxes.

For orders shipping to HI, AK, U.S. Territories or U.S. military Installations shipping rates will vary. ZIVA Customer Service will contact those that ship to these locations, Monday – Friday, to provide a shipping quote for approval (or you may call 1-888-907-9482 (ZIVA) customer service).

International Shipping

We currently ship customer in Canada from our Canadian warehouse in London Ontario. Delivery to other international addresses is currently unavailable from ZIVA USA but can be ordered from a local ZIVA distributor. Orders shipped outside of the US may be charged additional fees by carriers and customs, other than freight. ZIVA USA will pay for freight but any additional fees if locally charged by the respective countries carrier or department will not be covered.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges for your online order will be calculated from current Fedex shipping rates.

Please allow 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) for USPS Mail Parcel Post and FedEx or UPS Ground delivery.

FedEx 2-Day orders of in-stock items shipping within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days after being shipped (excludes weekends and holidays).

Some items cannot be shipped via FedEx 2-Day service.

Oversize Charges

Because some large items are heavy and bulky, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, we may have an added a delivery surcharge; this charge is stated in the product’s description and is in addition to regular delivery charges.

Recycled Packaging

In keeping with our commitment to do our part in cleaning up the planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our warehouse and use new boxes and mailing envelopes made of up to 100% recycled material. Please do your part and recycle whenever possible.

Returns & Exchanges

ZIVA is committed to customer satisfaction and keeping our prices competitive every day, and our return policy reflects this commitment. ZIVA allows returns and issues refunds within 30 days of purchase from ZIVA.com website based on the original form of payment: The item must be in original packaging for returns and include all original parts in unused condition.

Instructions: Please email return authorization request to returns@ziva.com Include original order# and reason for return in your email request. Once a return authorization is obtained from ZIVA USA, you will be given instructions to ship back your purchase. We will refund your purchase upon receipt of your shipment, less original shipping costs. You will be refunded through the original form of payment.

Please Note: If you purchased a ZIVA product at a different retail location or different website than ours and need a return or exchange, please contact the store or online retailer where it was originally purchased.
