It serves to store up to 6x pairs of dumbbells, 2x kettlebells, and any number of resistance bands; it is a supremely stable flat bench that easily lifts to an 80° incline bench; and its heavy-duty handle serves as an anchor for resistance bands and battle ropes, turning it into a complete workout hub. Crafted from plate steel and steel tubing with a thick, comfortable foam cushioned bench, the Functional Bench also includes built-in wheels that make it easy to move from one place to another despite its powerful construction.
